The Licensing Coordinator is a hands-on, development-focused role at the centre of the Licensing team. Working closely with the team, you will play a key part in keeping day-to-day content licensing operations running smoothly while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of content licensing.
Requirements
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in and across teams and with different stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Someone early in their career looking to develop experience in licensing or partnerships
- A returner seeking to re-enter the workforce in a structured and supportive role
- Someone with administrative or coordination experience looking to move into a licensing or content environment
- Experience in licensing, publishing, media, data, or professional services
- Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce etc)
- Experience supporting international customers/partners
- Familiarity with royalty reporting or content workflows
