The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex customer projects and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery. This role serves as the central delivery leader across technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure projects remain aligned to scope, schedule, budget, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management, PMO, or equivalent delivery experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience leading customer-facing projects within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project execution skills.
- Experience building and maintaining project schedules, governance artifacts, risk registers, dependency management, and executive-level reporting.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive accountability across teams.
- Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery environments.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills across technical, operational, business, and customer teams.
- Experience working within government, regulated, or highly compliance-driven environments strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with state, local, or federal government contracts, compliance obligations, and customer delivery expectations preferred.
- Experience supporting highly customer-facing implementations, enterprise delivery initiatives, or public sector programs preferred.
- Experience working across complex stakeholder environments involving technical teams, business leadership, external customers, and regulatory considerations preferred.
