Senior Business Analyst I

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior IT Business Analyst to join our global technology team. This position will work with business units, supporting multiple assigned projects aimed at delivering IT solutions and services that meet company cost, quality, and strategic targets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience required
• Previous experience working in an agile environment using recognized development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Proficient in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
• Ability to maintain automated test scripts
• Broad understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC
• Experience using Agile, SCRUM, or KANBAN frameworks
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Strong written communication skills including process documentation
• Proven project management skills
• Experience in business requirements gathering
• Knowledge and prior use of UML modeling language
