Job Description
As a Service Desk Analyst at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will provide technical end-user desktop computer support, install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and network issues under supervision. The role involves providing support at trade shows, monitoring and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, and performing problem resolution for various IT issues.
Requirements
- High school-level knowledge of computer hardware and software high school degree, technical certifications, or equivalent work experience
- A+ Certification or other technology certifications a plus
