Software Engineer III

We are seeking a Software Engineer III to join our global team, supporting products in electronic health records that introduce students to digital charting and prepare them to document care in today’s modern clinical environment. The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm that inspires others, and will be responsible for performing moderately difficult research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments with a high level of reliability
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to take ownership of complex assignments with moderate oversight
• Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
• Design and build reusable, scalable solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams and service
