Requirements

• Solid expertise in software development industry best practices
• Strong experience with resource models such as Managed Services and/or Staff Augmentation
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Expertise in development languages including Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and.Net.
• Test-driven development
• Solid organization, planning, and change management skills
• Ability to identify risk dependencies and support mitigating solutions
• Ability to foster a learning environment that encourages people to learn from experiences
