Elsevier is seeking a highly experienced IT Programme / PMO Lead to act as the single accountable owner for programme delivery on behalf of the Mexico Hub Programme Leader.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT PMO or programme management roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, negotiation, and process improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in fastâpaced environments.
- Proficiency with project and programme management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD concepts, and cloud fundamentals.
- Technical background with awareness of software architecture, data platforms, APIs, and integration points.
- Experience with resource planning, dependency management, and risk management across large programmes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly adaptable, detailâoriented, and resultsâdriven mindset.
- Ability to operate confidently with senior leaders and Steering Committees.
