Seed Technician

The Seed Technician will be responsible for all aspects of seed production within the conditioning facility, from seed conditioning and cleaning to seed harvest and inspection. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include overseeing seed quality and efficiency, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (preferred)
• Agricultural Background
• Computer skills in spreadsheet and word processing
• Agricultural related experience required
• Three years related experience preferred
• Excellent communications skills
• Attentive to detail and accuracy
• Cooperative and willing to assist others
• Ability to use computer applications
• Well organized
• Good mechanical aptitude
