Job Description
The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for warehousing and shipping seed products, adhering to ISO procedures and maintaining seed quality. This role requires understanding packaging and warehousing processes and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The operator will also be expected to communicate effectively and contribute to the overall productivity of the warehouse.

- Understanding the customer to company relationship
- Ability to ensure quality and purity in areas of responsibility
- Communicating effectively and positively to all company and outside people
- Making sure warehousing and shipping is completed on a timely basis
- Ability to understand and operate warehouse equipment in seed plant
- Follows company policies and procedures for both safety and quality
- Maintaining efficient use of time to ensure company profitability
- Performing additional duties as directed by Department supervisor
