Established forward-thinking full-service engineering consulting firm seeking a skilled and experienced Water Wastewater Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The Water Wastewater Department Lead will be responsible for managing the Water Wastewater department throughout NJ, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of Water Wastewater systems across various projects and clients.
Requirements
- Department Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the NJ Water Wastewater department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee all NJ Water Wastewater projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Technical Oversight: Serve as the primary technical authority for Water Wastewater systems in NJ, offering guidance and expertise to ensure optimal design and functionality.
- Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage NJ departmental resources effectively, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling, to meet project demands and organizational goals.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce stringent quality control processes to ensure all NJ Water Wastewater work meets or exceeds industry standards, RVE established standards and NJ regulatory requirements.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with NJ clients, understand their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with Water Wastewater solutions.
- Training and Development: Mentor and develop Water Wastewater team members, promoting professional growth and ensuring the team remains current with industry advancements.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the Water Wastewater department.
