Job Description
At Remitly, we're looking for a Customer Protection Associate to join our team and provide personalized, convenient, and secure customer service. As a CPA, you'll review transactions, identify potential fraud, and make customer-centric decisions to protect our customers. You'll work closely with our Customer Success and Risk Operation Teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
