At Remitly, we're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and daily management of performance marketing channels across the United States and Canada. The role requires a hands-on leader with deep media buying expertise and operational rigor to build high-impact campaigns.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing media buying teams
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-million dollar budgets
- Deep expertise in performance marketing measurement
- Ability to lead key initiatives and handle unforeseen issues with limited management oversight
