Job Description
Remora is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of high-power AC electrical systems supporting industrial generation and distribution infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in 480V 3-phase industrial power, medium- and high-voltage distribution systems, and integration of 1–5 MW generator installations.
Requirements
- Own electrical projects from concept through commissioning
- Define scalable AC power distribution architectures for industrial environments
- Develop technical scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Adapt system designs to evolving regulatory, utility, and site-specific requirements
- Establish and maintain internal standards for medium- and high-voltage AC system design, validation, and safety
- Strengthen organizational capability by identifying technical gaps and elevating team expertise
