Mecánico de Maquinaria Pesada

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Machinery Mechanic to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of heavy machinery equipment, such as trucks, cranes, excavators, and other large equipment.

Requirements

• Conduct thorough inspections of heavy machinery equipment
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to evaluate and locate mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical problems
• Repair critical components of equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Travel to work sites as needed to provide on-site diagnosis and repairs
• Work both in the field and in the shop
• Analyze and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems
• Collaborate with other mechanics or supervisors to resolve difficult or uncommon technical problems
• Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations when working with heavy machinery, tools, and hazardous materials
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, parts used, and work performed on each service
• Provide detailed reports to supervisors and clients on equipment condition, repairs made, and recommendations for future maintenance
• Use diagnostic tools and repair equipment properly
• Notify management promptly of damaged, missing, or defective equipment for replacement or repair
• Stay informed about the latest technologies, machinery, and diagnostic methods in the heavy machinery industry
• Participate in relevant training programs, certifications, and workshops to improve skills and knowledge
