Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of experience working as a motorcycle mechanic or in a related field with experience in small engine repair
• Certification as a motorcycle mechanic (e.g., from an accredited program)
• More than 5 years of experience in motorcycle mechanics, with advanced problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with diagnostic software to help identify complex problems
