Requirements
- Organized Estimating Support Professional: 1–3 years of experience in construction administration, estimating support, or a related role.
- Subcontractor Relationship Builder: Comfortable communicating with subcontractors and vendors.
- Detail‐Oriented Coordinator: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage drawings, specifications, bid documents, and data accurately.
- Analytical & Data‐Focused: Interest or experience in reviewing historical cost data, pricing trends, and bid information to support estimating accuracy.
- Tech‐Savvy Professional: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning construction and estimating software.
- Team‐First Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and service‐oriented with a strong alignment to company’s values of integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
