Learning Multimedia Designer

We’re looking for a Learning Multimedia Designer who blends creative design flair with solid learning design principles to create digital learning that looks great and delivers real impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing learning content end-to-end — from storyboarding and scripting through to delivery and iteration
• Confident in creating short-form videos, animated explainers, and other multimedia for training
• Strong understanding of instructional design concepts (e.g. chunking, scaffolding, assessment design)
• Background in hospitality or retail is a strong plus
• A fast learner with initiative, great communication skills, and obsessive attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and translate technical or operational content into learner-friendly formats
