Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, responsible for client retention, upselling opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional service experience throughout the client lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales
• Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong analytical ability to interpret account data and identify trends
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a client-first mindset
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
