Bookkeeper

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bookkeeper to support a UK-based employer in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements

• Manage and support the recording of financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• Maintain accurate records of financial data, VAT submissions, and compliance documentation
• Use relevant tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting platforms
• Support the wider team with month-end close, payroll preparation, and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve bookkeeping accuracy and financial process efficiency
