As a leader in payroll implementation, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines, and serving as the primary point of contact for the team for all stakeholders involved in the implementation process.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
• Expert legislative knowledge in the APAC region
• Payroll implementation experience
• Strong communication skills
• Deep knowledge in using local payroll tools and software
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations
• Fluent English
• Ability to work asynchronously
