Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Product team, focusing on a key product area. The role involves developing and guiding strategy, working cross-functionally, and influencing the entire product lifecycle. Requirements
- Experience as a product manager in a high-growth company
- Experience working in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or similar
- Great judgment making both strategic and tactical decisions
- Demonstrable self-driven results
- Strong sense of product design (UX)
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese
