Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Head of Growth to lead the marketing strategy, funnel optimization, lead generation, and revenue scaling for a leading digital marketing and growth consulting firm. The role is strategic and operational, with direct responsibility for campaign performance, lead quality, and alignment with the sales business.
Requirements
- Proven experience generating revenue through funnels, preferably in a marketing agency or performance consulting firm.
- Experience with direct conversion funnels and launches.
- Strong mastery of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other traffic acquisition platforms.
- Solid experience in high-impact copywriting (ads, pages, emails).
- Analytical ability to interpret key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with automation tools and CRM (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar).
- Advanced English (reading and listening comprehension).
- Driven and results-oriented mentality, always looking to improve what is done.
- Takes decisions based on data and learns constantly from results.
- Adapts quickly to changes and knows how to move in high-speed environments.
- Proactive and autonomous, without constant supervision.
- Collaborates naturally with multifunctional teams and communicates ideas clearly.
- Curious and always interested in new tools, trends, and growth methods.
- Has strategic vision, but knows how to focus on the details that matter to make things work.
