We are hiring a Head of Growth to lead the marketing strategy, funnel optimization, lead generation, and revenue scaling for a leading digital marketing and growth consulting company. The candidate will be the growth leader, making decisions based on data, proposing continuous improvements to existing funnels, supervising teams, and closely coordinating with the sales team to maximize conversion and maintain a full schedule.
Requirements
- Optimize the conversion funnels continuously to increase lead generation and quality.
- Write content that converts for ads (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), landing pages, emails, automated sequences, and lead magnets.
- Supervise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Work closely with the closers team to understand feedback from leads and adjust strategies.
- Maintain updated performance trackers (daily/weekly) and deliver clear reports to the CEO on performance, wins, and proposed improvements.
