We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and executed seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-ownership role.
Requirements
- Manage and build project workflows within Asana
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across content, paid media, design, and operations
- Run regular check-ins and proactively identify blockers to keep projects moving forward
- Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies
- Serve as the main point of coordination between cross-functional teams
- Track project progress and provide clear, accurate updates to leadership
- Ensure all campaign components (copy, creative, automation, ads) are aligned and launched on time
- Organize briefs and intake requests to prevent gaps in execution
