Requirements
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage payroll processing and prepare payroll returns accurately and timely.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations.
- Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
