Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Support Staff
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fast learner with the ability to understand and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and Shopify
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in meeting deadlines
