Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of medical billing experience, with at least 1 year specifically in an ABA therapy practice.
• Proficiency in medical billing software (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink, or Kareo) and MS Excel.
• Deep understanding of EOBs, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and the 'Prompt Pay' laws.
• Ability to spot errors in high-volume data entry to prevent claim rejections.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with insurance reps and families.
