Short-Form Video & Social Growth Coordinator

This part-time role (20 hrs/week) is for a Short-Form Video & Social Growth Coordinator to manage two distinct content ecosystems: a mortgage brokerage focused on lead generation and a basketball personal brand focused on athlete exposure and visibility. The role requires content planning, production, and performance optimization, using AI tools to increase output and insight quality. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, with a basic understanding of content performance metrics and analytics.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Proven experience editing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
• Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Meta tools
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics and analytics
• Ability to use AI tools for editing, captions, or analytics
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams independently
• Strong communication skills and able to work remotely without close supervision
• Interest in sports, basketball, or athlete branding (preferred but not required)
