Remote is hiring a Creative Lead to own the ideas and messaging behind Remote's performance marketing, developing high-performing ad creative and campaign ideas, and collaborating with designers and creative teams to execute ideas.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in creative, brand, or performance marketing roles
- Proven ability to develop high-performing ad creative and campaign ideas
- Strong copy and messaging instincts — you know how to write hooks that convert
- Deep understanding of paid channels and how creative drives performance
- Ability to think in systems: testing, iteration, and scaling what works
- Strong creative judgment — you know what stands out and what gets ignored
- Experience collaborating with designers and creative teams to execute ideas
- Comfort using data to inform creative decisions without becoming purely reactive
- A clear perspective on how AI is changing creative production
