Engineering Team Leader

We are seeking an Engineering Team Leader to manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, responsible for team dynamics, hiring processes, and onboarding. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Backend (Elixir/Phoenix), solid communication skills, and a commitment to promoting Remote's values.

• Extensive experience with Backend (Elixir/Phoenix).

• Solid communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles and best practices.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
