Engineering Team Leader

Remote is hiring a Team Leader for their Engineering team. The team leader will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers, providing guidance and coaching, and promoting Remote's values. The role requires experience managing an engineering team, expertise in Backend (Elixir/Phoenix), and a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Extensive experience with Backend (Elixir/Phoenix).
