Remote is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations to join their Lifecycle Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Employee Relations, with a strong understanding of global HR practices and employment laws. The role will involve leading a team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists, managing employee relations cases, and providing client-focused support.
Requirements
- Experience in Human Resources, Operations, and/or Employee Relations roles
- Tertiary degrees in HR, labour relations, or employment law
- Advanced expertise in HR aspects, such as business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and local employment laws
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and rapport
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing organizational environment
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Exposure to working in a start-up environment
- Proven experience in anticipating, identifying, understanding, and analyzing complex business and culture issues
