We are seeking a Solutions Consultant, Global Payroll to join our Go To Market Solutions Consulting team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with our Global Payroll sellers to define and execute the sales strategy, developing and iterating on playbooks and materials, and providing insightful feedback to our Product teams.
Requirements
- Pre Sales Solution consulting and/or other consulting experience
- Consultancy and/or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems
- Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn, understand, demonstrate and analyse software solutions
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling
- Team player, able to collaborate effectively with distributed cross-functional teams and drive a positive team environment
- Flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
