We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our Growth team on a part-time basis. This role is focused on building, scaling, and optimizing lead generation systems across multiple channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation, growth, outbound, or demand generation roles
- Proven experience generating leads for B2B tech or services companies selling to startups and mid-sized businesses
- Strong understanding of multi-channel lead generation strategies and outbound systems
- Deep, hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and outbound sales workflows
- Clear understanding of the full funnel—from first touch to deal close—and how to optimize each stage
- Strong content writing skills, particularly for outbound emails, LinkedIn messaging, and sales collateral
- Experience with lead generation and CRM tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, SmartLead, or similar
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to optimize strategy and execution based on performance metrics. Comfortable operating independently and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
