IT Support / Helpdesk

We're looking for an IT Support / Helpdesk professional to assist users with technical issues, system troubleshooting, and IT related inquiries. The role requires strong problem solving skills, a customer focused mindset, and the ability to resolve issues quickly across hardware, software, and network environments.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles
• Strong understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and network fundamentals
• Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT documentation
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide step by step solutions
• Strong communication skills and a customer first attitude
• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics and safe IT practices is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and prioritize technical requests efficiently
