The Real Estate Sales Assistant will support real estate agents, brokers, or sales teams by handling administrative tasks, managing client communication, preparing documentation, and assisting with the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in real estate support, sales coordination, or related roles
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with real estate processes, MLS systems, or CRMs is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self motivated and able to work independently while supporting sales teams
