Job Description
We are hiring a full-time activities aide to assist with activities that meet the needs of our residents. The activities aide will work with the administrator to create and maintain a well-balanced activities schedule.
Requirements
- A passion to help our senior population
- Previous experience in personal care or similar setting
- Ability to lead and encourage participation in activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative and energetic with the ability to plan engaging recreational programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
