We are looking for a strong and experienced General Manager for a well-known, award-winning contemporary casual dining restaurant in Central London. The restaurant is part of a big group with a modern touch and excellent standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar environment covering the role for at least 3 years
• Recruit, train and develop the team
• Guarantee the communication between all departments
• Maintain company standards and procedures
• Ensure the restaurant and equipment are always clean and correctly set up
• Financially aware and experienced
• Guarantee maintenance of Health and Safety
