Job Description
We are looking for a Sous Chef for a beautiful French Bistro in London. The operation represents the authentic French cuisine, working only with fresh seasonal product imported directly from France. Requirements
- Responsible for a small team alongside the Head Chef
- Guarantee the respect of health & safety procedures and training
- Create new menus and work on the costing accordingly, alongside the Executive Head Chef
- Look after the recruitment, training and development of the team
- Maintain the company standards
- Be commercially and financially aware: capable to deal with P&L independently
