Job Description
Seeking passionate Special Education Teacher Case Managers with expertise in ELA, Math, or both to co-teach, adapt lessons, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEP).
Requirements
- Strong background in and willingness to continually learn about special education including knowledge of student exceptionalities and documentation compliance.
- Technology proficiency- especially with Google Suite Applications (Drive, Classroom, Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to work with students, families, and service providers as support
