Job Description
ReNew is seeking an Assistant Manager - Solar O&M to join their team in Barmer, Rajasthan. The role involves supervising and verifying preventive, breakdown, and scheduled cleaning activities for solar plant equipment, monitoring and troubleshooting inverter and string-related faults, and overseeing SCADA & WMS monitoring. The successful candidate will have a B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, 6-10 years of experience, and be able to analyze plant performance parameters against PVsyst design and recommend improvements.
