Assistant Manager - Utility (Cell)

Assistant Manager - Utility (Cell) role at ReNew involves operation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems, including GIS switchyards, SCADA, and SAS. The role also requires effective operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems, spare and inventory management, and training of subordinates.

Requirements

• Operation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Testing, Commissioning, relay setting, and troubleshooting of Protection relays, PLC, and SCADA system
• Fault analysis of various electrical faults in electrical system
• Operation and maintenance of 33KV, 11 KV HT switchgear panel, Fast bust transfer system, 11KV Motor, 33/11KV & 33/0.400 KV Transformers, NGR, PCC, MCC Panel, AMF Panel, Synchronization Panel, LT motors and VFD drives
• Operation, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of DG and UPS system
• Operation, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of Large utility System, i.e. Air compressors, HVAC, PEN, PUW, PEX, N2 generation plant and other associated equipment’s with Electrical system
• Effective operation and maintenance for HT/LT Electrical System
• Spare and Inventory management for electrical System in SAP/ERP system
• Training to Sub ordinates
• IMS implementation with preparation of SOP, Work instruction, maintenance schedule, 5S etc.
• Preparation & Monitoring of Energy reports with cost saving analysis
• Implement safety culture within department and organization
• Hands on experience of Erection, testing commissioning and operation and maintenance of Power distribution & Utility electrical System including SCADA and SAS
