Job Description
Supervisor guides and monitors technicians for equipment module maintenance, coordinates installation and repair work, and tracks spare parts usage. Maintains safety guidelines and monitors technician performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
- Strong understanding of SAP and departmental reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
