Job Description
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Call Center Sales Generator to work from home in Knoxville, TN. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, documenting appointments, and managing a high volume of inquiries to promote window and door replacement. This is a full-time, remote position.
Requirements
- Dial out to up to 30 homeowners an hour
- Document and track appointments accurately
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Sales mindset and metrics driven
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must live in Knoxville
- 3 week paid training
- Fully remote
- Work some morning and evenings shifts, and one weekend shift every week
