Retail and Event Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a driven, outgoing professional to join our team as a Retail and Event Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, introducing homeowners to our custom window and door solutions. You will engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and community events, generating leads and booking free consultations for our sales team.

Requirements

• Natural salesperson with a talent for persuasion
• Resilient and goal-oriented, comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
• Strong communicator, able to connect, influence, and engage with all types of people
• Comfortable in face-to-face marketing settings
• Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand on your feet for 5–10 hours
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (event materials, display items, etc.)
• Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your sales skills
