Job Description
Join our team as a Window Installation Subcontractor and be a part of a leader in the industry! As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for installing residential windows and doors. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience, excellent carpentry skills, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors
- Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
- Enclosed trailer or truck equipped to transport windows
- Metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations
- LLC/EIN #
- Fully insured and provide proof of liability, auto and workers' compensation insurance
- EPA/Lead certification
- Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty and lift up to 90 lbs. without help
- High degree of organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Benefits
- Average pay for a 2-3 man crew $250,000-$300,000 per year, paid weekly
- Sign on bonus of $1500
