Job Description
Renewal by Andersen is looking for skilled subcontractor crews to partner with them on residential window and door installation projects, offering steady, year-round work and high earning potential.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience
- Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills
- LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership
- Full insurance: liability, auto, and workers' compensation
- EPA/Lead Certification
- Enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication
- Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners
