Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience
- Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills
- Must have an LLC/EIN and carry full insurance: liability, auto, and workers’ compensation
- Must have EPA/Lead Certification
- Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication
- Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners
