Low Volume Section Manager – Machine Shop (Day Shift)

We're seeking a driven and accountable Section Manager to lead our low-volume machine shop operation on day shift, holding overall responsibility for production performance across all three shifts.

Requirements

• Previous demonstrable leadership experience within a machine shop, engineering or manufacturing environment, managing supervisors and/or multiple production teams
• Operationally and commercially aware, with the ability to drive productivity through data analysis while maintaining quality and delivery performance
• Effective collaborator, able to work cross-functionally to resolve operational and quality challenges quickly
