PCB Designer

We are seeking a PCB Designer to work within a busy, vibrant PCB design environment, creating new and maintaining existing PCB designs and assemblies using the current Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.

Requirements

• HNC Engineering or equivalent
• Experience of designing with high-speed digital design, analogue or complex circuits, including fine pitch components (BGA) and high pin count devices
• Experience of working within an engineering design environment
• Understanding electronic design documentation (schematic and layout definitions)
• Familiarity of PCB fabrication and assembly processes
• Understanding of Design for Manufacture / Test (DFM, DFT)
• PC literate and familiar with Microsoft office
