Process Improvement Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum of a degree level of education (2:1 or above) in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. manufacturing systems, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics etc.)
• High level of PC literacy
• Ability to work well in both a team and autonomously
• Good activity priority management
• Ability to spot potential areas for improvement
• Hands on practical ability
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
