Requirements
- Minimum of a degree level of education (2:1 or above) in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. manufacturing systems, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics etc.)
- High level of PC literacy
- Ability to work well in both a team and autonomously
- Good activity priority management
- Ability to spot potential areas for improvement
- Hands on practical ability
- Maintain a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
